The check-in and key pick up is always in Hostemplo hostel, which is located at c/ SICILIA 276, at the corner of Sicilia and Valencia. Key pick up time is from 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. When you book your room, please let us know your arrival time on the comments section. Please contact us if there are any last minute changes, or if you will come in later than 10 p.m.

In Hostemplo hostel check in is at 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. in the Apartments & Suites. If you come in earlier we’ll be glad to hold your luggage for you. Check out time is before 11:30 a.m.

Through the link you’ll find in your booking confirmation, and the booking PIN code. Please contact us if you need any help.

You can pay for your stay in cash, or with Visa or Master Card credit cards. We suggest payment be done the day prior to your departure to avoid delays.

A child under 3 years stays for free if no extra bed is needed.

In the HOSTEL: No. Total cost includes daily room cleaning and taxes. However, there are some extra services available.
The rate for a double room with extra rollaway bed does not have an extra charge. Other rooms cannot hold a rollaway bed.

In the APARTMENTS & SUITES: The total amount includes taxes. All Apartments & Suites have, included in the price, a set of bed linens and towels, depending on the occupancy. Maid service is provided every 7 days. If you want daily maid service just ask in reception, the cost is between € 18 and € 35.

We need a credit card number only to guarantee your booking. We will not charge your card if the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before arrival date (before 12:00 p.m.) – except for the special rate, which has a different cancellation policy. The hotel reserves the right to verify the credit card authenticity before arrival date.

We do not serve food. You can have breakfast at the “Gaxen” bar, just across the street (c/Sicilia, 197). The price for breakfast starts at €2,50. They have a nice terrace in the summer. There is a convenience shop right next door where you can buy water, soft drinks, snacks and fruit. You can find many restaurants, pizzerias and fast food restaurants nearby.
For drinks, you can visit the “Michael Collins” Irish pub only 150m away, with the best beer, bar food and live music.

HosTemplo staff will be happy to help you, and will provide you with a 24 hour emergency number, should you need help outside office hours.

All our plugs are European. We suggest you bring adapters for your appliances.

No, smoking is not allowed in the rooms or common areas.

There is a public car park nearby. We’ll be happy to tell you how to get there when you arrive to Hostemplo. If you prefer you can check it in our Location page. There is no need to book. The rate is €23 per day.
